In the past, I was a diver for 27 years and for 20 of those years, I practiced underwater photography. I used the Nikonos range of photographic equipment i.e. the Nikonos V and the Nikonos RS, with various lenses and attachments.
I've dived extensively around the British Isles and also a couple of times in the Red Sea and on one occasion I managed a few dives on the Great Barrier Reef.
These galleries show just a few of my underwater images.
The images were taken using Ektachrome or Kodachrome film stock and then scanned using a Nikon Coolscan
Due to circumstances, I now concentrate on my astrophotography.
